Nee Leeser and loving father of Corinne, dear son of Joanne and Leo Loeper and the late Marshall LaGrange, Brother of Tonya Conrad, David Loeper, Sandra Loeper and Deborah Hoehn, Uncle of Michael Conrad and Sean Leeser.
