Obituary of Walter E. Krzyk

KRZYK - Walter E. of Washington Township, NJ died on January 8, 2003 of natural causes at JF Kennedy Health System, Washington Township, NJ. Mr. Krzyk was a 20 year US Navy Veteran serving during WWII & was assigned aboard the USS Indiana. He was active in the Fleet Reserve Association and with the USS Indiana reunion committee. Prior to retirement in 1980, Mr. Krzyk worked as a pari-mutuel for 20 years with Sports Arena Employees Local #137, Cherry Hill, which served NJ race tracks. In his spare time he enjoyed coin collecting, crossword puzzles, watching TV & playing Pinochle. Beloved husband of the late Grace nee Arrendale, devoted father of Gloria J. Montana & her husband Pat, William E. and David W. & his wife Patricia, dear brother of Jeanette Bylone, Lordine Corbett & the late Eugene & Joseph, loving grandfather of Mark, Michael, William, Thomas, Kimberly, Kyle & Kevin. Viewing Monday 6:30-8:30 PM and Tuesday 8:30-9:30 AM in the McGuinness Washington Twp. Funeral Home, 573 Egg Harbor Road, Washington Twp., NJ. Funeral Mass Tuesday 10 AM in Saints Peter and Paul RC Church, Turnersville, NJ. Military Honors and Interment will be held privately at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA.
