Butch was a member of my First Grade Class at the #4 School in Maple Shade. I remember him as a rather quiet little guy who enjoyed drawing pictures of dinosaurs, helping to erase the boards, and science lessons about animals. He had a sweet smile and was a good friend to his classmates. I am saddened to hear of his passing, and I send my condolences to his loving family.

When you where nine and I was eight skating on the pond behind our house in Maple Shade. While circling around me and teasing me, telling me that I would fall through the ice. But then you stopped when you seen me setting and sobbing. You gave me a hand up and we skated off the pond.I know in my heart one day I will see you again and you will give me another hand up until then you will always be in my heart. From your loving sister Mary. "sissy"
