To my Deartest Carol Jo:
YOU STOOD YOUR GROUND
Greatest warrior I've ever known dedicated, dutiful, and unfailingly
supportive. Facing every doubt, insecurity, and antagoning opportuntist, you stood your ground.
Managing family ,career, and academics with no support, encouragement,or guidance you stood your ground.
Body stricken, strength failing, mortality calling you looked me in my eyes and encourage me as you stood your ground
Rest easy brave soul; you've earned your peace. I remember you always
Now I stand your ground
I will miss you Carol Jo, you will always be in my heart and my mind. Until we meet again, "REST IN PEACE"
Love You
Your Friend

TO JIM AND FAMILY,TO CAROL AND RON, AND TO BUZZY AND BRENDA: I'M SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS. WE WILL ALL MISS HER SMILING FACE,THE TWINKLING IN HER EYES. IT SEEMS LIKE YESTERDAY WHEN THE SIX KIDS WERE PLAYING OUT IN MOM'S BACKYARD ON THE SWINGS. LITTLE CAROL-JO AND CHERYL WOULDN'T LET THE OTHER KIDS PLAY WITH THEM. THEY WOULD GO OFF IN THEIR OWN LITTLE WORLD. TIME FLIES BY WHEN YOU BLINK YOUR EYES. I WISH I COULD TURN BACK TIME, SO WE COULD ALL BE IN HAPPIER TIMES. CAROL-JO SAY HELLO TO UNCLE BUTCH AND MY MOM, AND THE REST OF THE GANG. YOUR IN GOOD HANDS NOW. LOVE AUNT MILLIE AND BRENDA WALLACE

Dear Mead Family:
I have only known Carol for a short time, but what an amazing mark she has made to all who knew her. Yes, she will be greatly missed by all, but she gave enough love for everyone to have a piece of her. My prayers go out to the entire "MEAD" family. Know that you are thought of and may it be a comfort to know that others care.

To Jim & Family,
Please know that many people are share your pain and loss. Carol was a kind, funny and caring person who would help a friend at any time, make you laugh when you were sad and give you a shoulder when you needed it. Time and lifes changes cause people to loose the everyday closeness but it is the feeling we have in our hearts when we think about that person that counts. I have many fond memories and good feelings when I think about Carol but needless to say my heart is hurting very much right now. It is those good feelings and memories that get us through these sad times.
My prayers and thoughts are with all of you.
