Obituary of Marian E. Pribis (Wilgus)

Marian Emma Pribis (Wilgus), of Sewell, New Jersey, passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2020.  She was 89.

Legacy

Marian had a beautiful smile, a kind heart, and enjoyed life to its fullest. She was well traveled and was fortunate enough to visit almost all 50 states and most of our continents. Her favorite trips were to Alaska where she stood on a glacier and New Zealand where she loved to watch the penguins walk into the sea. She also enjoyed an adventure to the Great Pyramids where she rode a camel. Marian was fearless and was always up for an adventure.

She enjoyed working alongside her husband, Jim, at the Woodbury Seafood Market and later as a nursing assistant at Manor Care.

She was an Active Member of The Order of the Eastern Star and a Proud Graduate of Paulsboro High School, Class of 1948.

Family

She is the devoted mother to Nancy Folsom (Clyde), James Wilgus (Jean), Steven Wilgus, Stepson Steven Pribis; loving grandmother to 7 grandchildren, Nathaniel, Timothy, Jaime, Lauren, Melissa, Ryan and Lindsey and cherished great grandmother to 6 great-grandchildren,  Hunter, Jack, Connor, Teagan, Lucas, and Vada. She is loved by her extended family as well, including many nieces and nephews.

Marian is predeceased by her loving husband of many years C. James Wilgus, brothers Robert and Donald Kitz and sister Elaine Sigmund.  She is also predeceased by Steven Pribis , Jr.

Farewell Tribute

A celebration of Marian's life will be announced later this summer when her life may be celebrated fully.
