My family were neighbors and close friends with the entire Mellor Family. We grew up with them and Claire and Roy attended many of our family gatherings.

My sister, Barbara, and I loved Aunt Claire for the loving, kind woman, that she was. We were honored to take care of her because she was such a wonderful person. She passed away in Barbara's loving arms. She loved us, her brother, Roy, her friends, and her family in Heaven. She was a faithful woman who loved her church. We will have a Memorial Service, where we will read the Obituary that she wrote herself many years ago. She wasn't leaving anything to chance. We will have a Requiem Mass for her at Christ Church in Woodbury when we are able to do so. This was her "last wish." I miss her so much. Her niece, Janet
