I worked with Bill at DPSC. Cost and Pricing was always a struggle for me. But I could pick up the phone and call Bill. He would tell me to come to his desk and he would slowly and patiently walk me through the process to allow me to get the job done. He was such a nice, nice guy and a true gentleman. Rest In Peace, Bill.
