Obituary of William J Law

William J. Law, Jr. of Woodbury, NJ passed away peacefully on November 27 2020. 

Legacy

William was a proud Veteran, serving in the Marines during Vietnam.  He was the recipient of two purple hearts during his tour.  He served as a volunteer firefighter in Landsdowne, PA years ago and was also the Post Commander of VFW Post #598 in Darby, PA.

Family

Beloved husband of the late Mary (Scott) Law and the late Georgeanne (Mitchell) Law.  Loving Father of Lysa Marie Burton (Rob), Heather Law, Dana Allan (Mike), Anthony Mitchell (Mary Ellen), Linda Whelan, Michael Mitchell (Lynn), Elaine Mitchel (Dan) and Richard Mitchell (Karen).William was one  of nine children and leaves behind 15 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren to continue his legacy.

Farewell Tribute

Visitation will be held at McGuinness Funeral Home, 34 Hunter Street, Woodbury, NJ 08096 on Thursday, December 3, 2020 from 8:30 am to 10:15 am.  Funeral Mass will begin at Infant of Jesus Parish at St. Margaret's Church, 3rd & Beech Street, Woodbury,NJ at 11 am.  Interment will follow at the Gloucester Co. Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown.
