Obituary of Beatrice C. Pratt
Beatrice C. Pratt, of Deptford, New Jersey, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Sunday, January 3, 2021. She was 88.
Legacy
Born in Long Branch, Beatrice was raised in Woodbury and graduated from Woodbury High School. Bea loved working as a Health Aid for Gloucester County for 27 years. She was a kind, compassionate woman with a feisty personality. Her home was always a place of comfort where memories were made around the dining room table.
Bea enjoyed the laughter on girls trips, long car rides with Les,and making pies and potato soup for her boys. Bea was a life long member of Calvary Bible Church, where she met many friends and fellowship. Her trips to Keswick were so cherished. Beatrice lived by the motto; "Be still and know that I am God" and "Tea & Toast please the most". Bea enjoyed cooking, sewing, and making special gifts for others. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Beatrice is the wife of the late Lester T. Pratt, Sr. dear mother of Lester T. (Joni) Pratt, Jr., Carol (John) Danenhower, Larry (Elaine) Pratt, Beatrice (Michael) McGinness, Robert (Susan) Pratt, David (Gini) Pratt, Lois Sanders (Robert Csizmadia) & Leslie (Brian) Gilmore; the late Andrew Pratt and mother in law of Tom Sanders; grandmother of 20 & great grandmother of 31; dear sister of James Aumack, Gary Aumack, Faith Beckett, Don Aumack, Kenneth Aumack, the late Alda Barnhardt and the late Arthur Aumack.
Farewell Tribute
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation Thursday, Janaury 14, 2021 after 9:00AM in the McGuinness Funeral Home, 34 Hunter Street, Woodbury, NJ where her Funeral Ceremony will follow at 11:30. Interment Hillcrest Memorial Park, Washington Twp. Due to the current national health crisis, face coverings will be required and social distancing is encouraged. For those who cannot attend in person; Beatrice's Funeral will be broadcast by clicking (client.tribucast.com/tcid/141517362).
