Obituary of Mary Theresa Browna

Mary Theresa Browna, of Wenonah, New Jersey, passed away at home on Friday, February 5, 2021.  She was 77.
 
Legacy
A thoughtful woman that loved her family to no end, Mary cherished every relationship she had with family and friends.  Mary was born and raised in Philadelphia before moving to New Jersey with her family at the age of 13.  She was among the first graduating class at Deptford High School, Class of 1961.  She was also a member of St. Edward's Parish in Philadelphia.  

Away from her job as a Bookkeeper for Aramsco and after retirement, Mary enjoyed traveling the world to places like Aculpulco and the Islands and spending time at the Jersey shore.  Her outgoing and caring personality made Mary many friends throughout her life.  She enjoyed listening to music and going to concerts at the Academy of Music in Philadelphia, dancing and sharing a meal with family and friends.  She will be sorely missed. 

 Family
Daughter of the late Leonard Sr. and Mary (Moore) Browna, Mary is the dear sister of  Fran Browna and Bob Browna (the late Mary), the late Michael Browna and the late Leonard Browna, Jr.; cherished Aunt of Marc, Patrick and Michele; loving great aunt to 5 and loving cousin of Mary Ann Sheppard.  Mary is also survived by many extended family members, friends and exceptional caregivers Lola Vargas, Leila Cordera, Leah Shaw. 
 
Farewell Tribute
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at 3:00PM in the McGuinness Funeral Home - Woodbury, 34 Hunter Street. A Memorial Service will be held at the funeral home at 4:00PM.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
