Obituary of Elizabeth A Kerstan

Elizabeth Anna Kerstan (nee Wittwer), of Washington Twp., NJ passed away on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at the age of 90. 

Legacy

Born in Philadelphia, Betty graduated from Frankford High School in January 1948.  Betty worked for New York Life Insurance Company for 10 years before marrying and starting her family, she continued to work until her first child was born.

Family

She was the loving wife of John F. Kerstan and devoted mother to Thomas Kerstan, Theresa Weaver (Fred), Robert Kerstan (Tina), Barbara Kerstan (Rich) and Michael Kerstan (Nadine); dear grandmother to Nicholas, Rose, Tara, Jonathan, Robert Jr., Ashley, Haley, Amanda, Joelle, Lexy and Grant. Great grandmother to Paul; dear sister to Margaret Kugler and Lawrence Wittwer (Ella).

Farewell Tribute

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2021 from 8:30 am to 10:30 am at the McGuinness Funeral Home, 573 Egg Harbor Road, Sewell, NJ 08080.  Funeral Mass will begin at 11 am at Church of the Holy Family, 226 Hurffville Road, Sewell, NJ  08080.  Interment to follow at the Gloucester County Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown.
