Obituary of Eugene A Boyd

Eugene A. Boyd, of Pine Hill, NJ passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at the age of 73.

Legacy
Gene was a fun loving and helpful husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle.  He was friends with everyone he crossed paths with and was always there when someone needed him. He loved making everyone laugh and cracking jokes and will be remembered for being “Loud and Happy”. Gene was a hard worker and retired from the City of Philadelphia Street Department as a supervisor, where he started working in 1971.
He proudly served our country in the U.S. Marine Corps during Vietnam and was the recipient of the Purple Heart Medal of Honor.

Beloved husband of Regina (Snell) Boyd; loving father of Betty Elizabeth Rowland, Eugene A. Boyd, Jr., and RaeJean Boyd;  cherished grandfather of Artez Dixon and Carnesta Rowland; dear brother of Theresa Boyd, Starr Davis (Johnny), Lessie Boyd, Doris Powell (Artez), Joseph Boyd (Patricia), Sheldon Boyd, Wendel Boyd, Henry Boyd (Linda), Clifford Boyd (Brenda) and the late DeVaughn Boyd.
