Obituary of Rosemary Chapman

Rosemary "Ro" Chapman (nee Winkelspecht), 71, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, March 14, 2021. 

Legacy

Ro was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.  She loved to be around her family, especially her grandchildren.  She enjoyed shopping, traveling and never missed an episode of NCIS.  

Family

She is the beloved wife of 24 years to the late Frank D. Chapman, Jr.   Devoted mother of Danielle Fithian (Nelson), Andrew, Kelly Perry (Ed Weckerly) and Kyle Keller.  Cherished grandmother of 7 and great grandmother of 6.  Daughter of the late Mary and Joseph Winkelspecht.  Dear sister of Joseph Winkelspecht (Debbie). and sister-in-law to Mark Chapman and Chris Chapman (Angel).  Loving aunt to many. She will be missed by family and friends.
