I worked with John at IBM and AT&T for many years. He and I became best friends and talked often. Although I never got to meet him in person (I in Kansas and he New Jersey), I felt like I had always knew him. He is a wonderful person, friend and colleague. He will be truly missed. John Noonan - AT&T Retired.

To Mary Sue and the Gruber family - I am so sorry for your loss. John was one of the good ones! He was a coworker, mentor and friend - and made me laugh loudly and often. He fought like a warrior these last several years and always with grace and sense of humor. May he find peace... and a great golf course!
