Obituary of Carol Rende
Arleta C. Rende (nee Clark), of Sewell, New Jersey, passed away on Wednesday, May 19, 2021. She was 80.
Legacy
A woman whos love had no bounds, Carol's greatest joy in life was the time shared and memories created with her husband, children and grandchildren.
Carol was born in Camden, NJ and raised in Haddon Heights where she graduated from high school. Carol worked as an administrative assistant for SODAT of NJ, Inc in Woodbury and later for Clean Harbors in Bridgeport before retirement. She was a member of the Woodbury Heights Fire Department Women's Auxillary, a dedicated member of the Lake Tract Bible Church, and she and her husband were members of the Garden State Corvette Club. Holidays were magical times for Carol and her family. She particularly took pleasure in hosting and celebrating the 4th of July and Christmas with those she loved and cherished the most. Carol enjoyed her quiet time and would most often be found piecing together a jigsaw puzzle while listening to gospel music, gardening, reading, hiking or riding a bike and cooking delicious meals for her family to enjoy. Carol also appreciated traveling and all the beauty this world has to offer.
Family
She is the beloved Wife of the late Alfonse "Al" Rende, devoted mother to Stan Zimnisky (Tammi) of Dutch Flat, CA, Lisa Brockway (Gary) of Dover DE, Karen Maugeri (Joseph) of Woolwich Township, NJ and Marc Rende (Frances) of Williamstown; dear sister to Jerome Clark (the late Doris); loving grandmother to Tanya, Adam, Corey, Ryan, Mallory, Ian, Rachael, Cameron, Marc Jr., and Alyssa; cherished great grandmother to Cade, Miles, Rose and Luke.
