Obituary of Jane L Batoff
Jane Batoff , lovingly known as “Moo”, of Washington Twp, New Jersey, passed away on Thursday, June 17, 2021. She was 87.
Legacy
A loving and generous woman, Moo was devoted to her family. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren brought her true joy. She was a superb homemaker; tending to her home, cooking and baking wonderful meals, and caring for her family. Huge Sunday dinners were always a tradition, she would spend all day cooking for up to 20-30 family members and friends. She was always there to help those in need with no judgment; she was surely a beautiful soul, inside and out. Her favorite bible verse was Corinthians 13:13, and she truly lived her life in this manner: “And now these three remain faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love”

She is the beloved Wife of the late Gerard Batoff , devoted mother of Bettyanne Read(Jim )Harry Vogel III (the late Donna) David Vogel Sr. (Terrie A) and Cindy Zippler (Tom). Dear sister of Frankie, Jimmy, Freddie, Eddie, Bobby, David, Denise, Scott, Terri, and Kathy. Loving Grandmother to Danielle Colontonio, Jayne Casey, Jimmy, Andrew, Daniel and Joshua Read, Nadine Kulzer, Regina DeLuca, David Vogel jr, Christina Marshall, Tommy Zippler, and the late Harry Vogel IV. Caring Great Grandmother to Vincenzo and Luca Casey, Andrew and Ashlynn Read, Alyssa Bruno, Harry Vogel V, Kaylah Vogel , Carlie Vogt, Oliver Kuzler, Ava Torres, Alaina Vogel, Ariel Zippler, Matthew Marshall and Savannah Jane. Great Great Grandmother to Roman Sherman. Moo is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Farewell Tribute
Friends and family are invited to attend her visitation on Wednesday, June 23rd from 9:30-10:30 am. Funeral service will follow at 10:30 am at the McGuinness Funeral Home-(Washington Twp location) 573 Egg Harbor Road, Washington Twp, NJ . Interment 12:30 pm at Calvary Cemetery, Cherry Hill, NJ.
