Obituary of Robert G. Henry

Robert G. Henry, 71, of National Park, New Jersey, passed away on Tuesday, June 29, 2021.

Legacy

Born and raised Delaware, Ohio, Bob moved to West Deptford in 1976 and was most recently, a resident of National Park. Bob proudly served his country in the Navy, National Guard and the Army Reserves from 1969 to 1994.  After his service to his country, Bob was a truck driver for Delaware Valley Florist in Sewell for many years.

A funny and yet tough gentleman, Bob was devoted to his family. Nothing made him happier than spending time and making memories with his family. Bob was a fighter. After his stroke, Bob pushed himself to succeed in activities that doctors thought he would never be able to do again. Bob enjoyed fishing, watching Ohio State Sports and rooting for the Seattle Seahawks.

Family

Beloved husband of 47 years to Kathryn (nee Riegg); devoted father of Melissa (Michael) Zouck and the late Kristy Thomas; loving grandfather of Samantha Thomas and Kaitlyn Zouck; dear brother of Marsha (Rob) Pastori, Mary Daniels and is predeceased by his brother Ron Henry and sister, Shirley Brown. Bob is survived by many loving brothers and sisters in law.
