Obituary of Thomas R. Parks
Thomas R. Parks, of Mount Ephraim, New Jersey, passed away suddenly on Saturday, July 31, 2021. He was 70.
Legacy
Tom will be remembered as an honest, straight shooter who you knew where you stood with kind of guy. He graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School and worked as a Forklift Operator for Standard Warehouse for more than 25 years until his retirement.
Tom shared 47 years of marriage with his wife Pat and together they raised two daughters who complimented their love story. Tom's greatest passions were his family, daughters and of course, his grandchildren. Away from work, Tom was a huge Philadelphia Sports fan through the great years and the lean years. He was a life member of the Mount Ephraim Fire Department where he served as President after many years of faithful service to his community. Most of all, Tom enjoyed creating memories with his family that they will cherish as his legacy.
Family
He is the beloved husband for 47 years to Patricia (nee Gellura); loving father of Dawn Sever & her husband Brian and Traci Lynn Dobleman and her husband Jay; loving Pop pop of Savannah, Brynn and Jack. Tom is also survived by countless friends from the Mount Ephraim Fire Department that became family through the years of brotherhood in the department.
