Obituary of Donna Lee Dopke

Donna Lee Dopke, (nee Kelly)of West Deptford, New Jersey, passed away suddenly on Saturday, August 21, 2021. She was 57.

Legacy

Donna was born in Camden and raised in West Deptford. She graduated from West Deptford High School in 1982. A short time later, Donna married the love of her life, Norbert Dopke. Together they shared 35 years of marriage and raised a son that complimented their love for one another. Donna worked for WaWa for many years where she engaged and fostered friendships with countless numbers of customers through out the years,

Away from work, "Donna Boop" as she was affectionately known by her family will be remembered as a happy woman who loved animals, Nascar, cheering on her son, Joseph at his micro sprint races and spending time along Sunset Beach in Cape May with Norbert. Donna will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved this special woman.

Family

Donna is survived by her beloved husband of 35 years, Norbert S. Dopke, loving mother of Joseph and his wife Rena; cherished sister of Debra Kelly, Marie Griffith, Jonel Christy & John Kelly; loving grandmother of Lucas Michael Dopke; also survived by four nieces and two nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Farewell Tribute

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Monday, August 30 after 5:00PM in the McGuinness Funeral Home, 34 Hunter Street, Woodbury where her Memorial Ceremony will follow at 7 PM. Interment private at the request of her family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Gloucester County Animal Shelter, 1200 N. Delsea Drive, Clayton, NJ 08312.
