Obituary of Brian Mychael O'Hara

Brian Mychael O'Hara, 31, of West Deptford, New Jersey, passed away on Tuesday, October 5, 2021.

He was born in Woodbury, NJ and raised in West Deptford. After high school, he became a volunteer firefighter, which had been a childhood dream. Brian’s latest job was with Fed Ex as a site manager. He was a resident of Liberty, Missouri for a short time before recently returning to N.J.

Brian was a gentle, quiet and kind soul who loved his family, especially his Mom Mom and Pop Pop.  He was outgoing and social with his friends and enjoyed skateboarding and watching all sports, especially cheering on the Patriots.  In school years, he played soccer, baseball and basketball and would debate anyone on sports stats.  Brian will be missed by all of his family, friends, his best pal Drama and reunited with his past canine pals, Sammy, Bailey, Rocco and Brownie.

He was the beloved son of Stacey L. Grundlock and Brian P. O'Hara; stepmother Summer O’Hara; devoted grandson of Nancy O’Hara and the late Gerald and Stella Grundlock; father of Brian Mychael O'Hara, Jr. (Koller); dear brother of Kyle, Caroline and Kade O'Hara; uncle of Riley O'Hara; loving nephew of Dennis Grundlock and his husband William Kimball, Kevin Grundlock and his partner Terri Griffin, Brenda Grundlock, Michael O'Hara and Danny O'Hara.  Brian is also survived by his cousins Taylor Grundlock, Hallie Grundlock and many more loving family members and friends.
