Obituary of Emil C Krepelka, Jr.

Emil C. "Chuck" Krepelka, Jr., 84, of Runnemede, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 20, 2022. 

Legacy
Chuck was a loving and caring father, a pop pop, great pop pop, uncle, cousin and friend. Anyone who knew Chuck knew he had a big sense of humor, was was very witty-always cracking jokes. He had a heart of gold and genuinely loved giving. Chuck loved to be around his family.  He was an animal lover. He was a proud member of both the United States Navy and Marine Corps. He served for over 8 years and was active duty twice serving during Vietnam. He never turned down the opportunity to sing and play music. His hobbies included going to the Philadelphia racetrack, spending time at the Jersey shore and shopping on QVC,- He was also an avid sports lover- always cheering on his favorite Philadelphia sports teams, the Phillies and the Eagles. 

Family
 He was beloved husband to Carol Lee Krepelka, and loving father to Steven Betts (Luciana), Chuck Krepelka, Kelly Magoffin (Tom), Kerry Johnson (Sean) and loving step father to the late Eric Gauntt and Lisa Gauntt who he raised as his own.  Treasured Pop Pop to Taylor, Reed, Liam, Jase, Luke, Victoria, Alex, and Emily.  Adored great Pop Pop of Leila and Brandon. He will be missed by extended family and friends.

Farewell Tribute
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Thursday, February 3rd from 10:00am to 11:00am in the McGuinness Funeral Home (Washington Twp. Location). 573 Egg Harbor Road, Sewell, NJ 08080. Funeral Service at 11:00am Interment Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
