Obituary of Harry V. Chew, Sr.

Harry V Chew, Sr., 80, of Sewell, New Jersey, passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on Saturday, February 5, 2022.

Legacy

He was a loving and caring husband, dad, pop pop and friend. He enjoyed reading, word finds, listening to Jazz music and politics.

Family

He is the beloved husband of 61 wonderful years to Dorothy A Chew (nee Amelio). Devoted dad of the late Harry V. Chew, Jr., Glenn V. Chew, Sr. (Diana), Margaret Rose Chorzelewski (Darren) and Denise Evans (Bruce). Treasured pop pop the late Dorothy, Jessica (Brendan), Glenn, Jr., Krystal (Aaron), Brandon (Brittany), Nycole and Brittney. Adored great grand pop pop of Gavin, Axel, River, Brooke, Tommy, Alyvia, Ava, Skylar, Ryder, Rocklynn and Rayden. Son of the late Margaret and Archibald Chew. Dear brother of the late Raymond (Joan). Special uncle to Christine (Jeff) and Raymond (Danielle). He will be missed by friends and extended family.

Farewell Tribute

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Friday, February 11th from 10:00AM to 10:45am in the Church of the Holy Family 226 Hurffville Road, Sewell NJ 08080. Funeral Mass at 11:00AM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to; National Multiple Sclerosis Society-www.scleraderma.org or Lewy Body Dementia Association-www.lbda.org.
