You will be missed Mike! I remember our last conversation and your visit to the house. The infamous St Patty’s day dinner, last Christmas and all the Thanksgivings. Only guy I knew who needed a GPS to go around the block!! ha! The only coca-cola drinker in a house full of Pepsi. And all the visits with that tiny cup of water, you’d carry into the house from the car. You spent so much time with my mom, it was odd when you weren’t around. Spending hours here with my mom and after she died, talking PBS news hour, books, Masterpiece theater, and filching the Sports pages from the paper when you headed home.
There was so much more to you and your life… So many more first cousins who will miss you.
I’m sad that you are gone but I’m glad I was able to see you on your final journey home.
