You were truly an inspiration to our family, Your love for Jesus and kindness was infectious. My fondest memories as a child were cooking with you, praying in the chapel and your angelic voice. You never forgot about me, sending me letters throughout my life with your beautiful penmanship. You made me a better person, letting me know to never give up and that God has a plan for me. I thank God for putting you in not just my life but the lives of my brothers, parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. We all love you sister and are eternally grateful for the impact you have had on our lives. Rest in Peace Sister Maristella. Love, The Ryan's and Family!

Dear Sr. Jerry, Sr. Maria, Sr. Angela, Sr. Gloria, and all of the FMIJ Sisters of the U.S. Delegation, I am so sorry for your loss. I loved Sr. Maristella with all of my heart. We had some wonderful times together when I was stationed at St. Michael's following my First Profession. I will never forget all of the times she and I laughed as we watched reruns of "I Love Lucy." And all of the great times we had whenever Mr. and Mrs. Einstein would take us out for the day sometimes to Cape May. Sr. Maristella was a real "gem." She was a special lady, sister, and dear friend. I spoke to her this past February, and she sounded well. I was shocked to receive Sr. Jerry's call. Again, my mother and I send our deepest sympathies. All of you as well as Sister's biological family will be in our prayers. God Bless and stay safe, Maryanne (and Angela) Peluso

Sister Maristella was one of the sweetest people God ever made on this earth. I was blessed to be her Pre K aide for 5 years. We laughed a lot even at work, she was loved by everyone! My heart broke when I heard she passed away! I’m happy after all these years we still kept in touch by phone calls. She was small but her heart was big. She will always hold a special place in my heart! I loved her and will miss her very much. To her family and Religious family I am so sorry for your loss. Prayers for Gods hand to heal all broken hearts. Thank you for all your love and prayers and friendship all these years! Rest In Peace my Sister Maristella! Love Always, Angel Gamber
