Obituary of Carl Frederick Rollinghoff
Carl Frederick Rollinghoff, of Westville, New Jersey, passed away on Wednesday, August 3, 2022. He was 70.
Legacy
Born in Woodbury and raised in Westville, Carl graduated from Gateway Regional High School. Carl loved being on the road and worked as a Truck Driver for many companies in the South Jersey area.
Away from work, Carl had a passion for trains and had his own display in his home. Carl also loved animals and rescued countless cats and dogs. He was known in the community as the "Cat Whisperer" for his ability to tame feral cats and return them to their pack safely. Carl was a jack of all trades and had a talent to build countless items for family and friends and the projects were his pride and joy. Carl loved trying his luck with the lottery and enjoyed food shopping and chatting with the women who worked in Shop Rite. Carl was a friend to everyone he met along his life journey.
Carl will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved this special man

He is the beloved husband of Bonnie McDonald, loving father of Mark McDonald & his wife Michelle, Tracey Dobbins and Kelley Dempsey and her boyfriend Keith; dear brother of Mary Rollinghoff, Herta Thomas, Kathy Schull & the late Carol Daisey and Lillian Warren; cherished grandfather of 5 and great grandfather of 5; godfather of Lance M. Early
