Joe was always there. Didn't crave a spotlight, but did make sue that his effort (especially with local HS and community theatre productions) was always first rate. He once built a full stage "ship"" for a stage show which held over 100 tap-dancing students! That was an example of his always first-rate help BEHIND the curtain!
