Obituary of Clifford G. Schweigart

Clifford G. Schweigart, a lifelong resident of National Park, New Jersey, passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2023.  He was 88.
 
Legacy
Cliff worked for Air Products in Paulsboro and was a chemical Operator.  After retiring, he enjoyed bartending at the Army/Navy Garrison #52 in National Park.  He proudly served our country in the Army.  
Swag, as many knew him, love puttering around his yard and building things.  His pool and truck were his prize possessions.    He truly loved the outdoors, and spent memorable days with his family at his camper, hosting campfires and taking everyone out on his boat.  Some of his best days were spent at Grassy Sounds in North Wildwood at his "Little House".  You could always find him watching the Phillies and Eagles and sharing good times with his friends.  He was the best "Pop" and loved all the little ones!
 
Family
He is the beloved husband of almost 63 years to Sandra (Schaffner) Schweigart; loving father of Debbie Scarlett (Tom), Linda Clark (Ray) & Tracy Watson (Chris); Loving Pop to Clifford Clark, Aaron Clark,Adam Bello, Raschel Mannino, Chase Watson, Avery Watson and the late Joshua Bello, and great grand-pop to 7, with one on the way!  Cliff leaves behind a sister, Barbara Winslow and is pre-deceased by his brother, Gavin Schweigart. 
 
Farewell Tribute
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation in the McGuinness Funeral Home - Woodbury, 34 Hunter Street, On Tuesday, January 17, 2023 from 10 AM to 12 PM.  Funeral Service will begin at 12 PM.  Interment will follow at Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro, NJ.
