Obituary of Lucille A. Balbuena

Lucille "Lucy" Balbuena of Woodbury, NJ passed away peacefully on Friday, March 31, 2023 with her children by her side.  Lucy was the daughter of the late Mr. & Mrs. James Latshaw and the wife of the late Joseph Balbuena, Sr.  She is survived by her children Robin Ferris of Kodak, TN, Joseph Balbuena, Jr. of Woodbury and two bonus children – Tammi (Mark) Rundles and Sally Balbuena both of Tuscaloosa, AL.  Grandma Lucy will be missed by 9 grandchildren and 4 great-granddaughters.  Lucy is also survived by siblings, Fredrick and Alma and several nieces and nephews.

 A celebration of life service and scattering of her ashes will take place in a private event near Gatlinburg, TN at a later date. 

 In lieu of flowers, the family request a memorial donation of the givers’ choice.
