Obituary of Susan E. Chamberlain

Susan (Peca /Leger) Chamberlain, 66, of Delano, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2023 after a brief severe illness.

Legacy

Susan was an avid traveler and enjoyed cruising to many countries.  She was a trailblazer, being the first female first responder/road maintenance for the Pennsylvania Turnpike. She also gave back to her community by being an EMT on ambulances in various municipalities. She enjoyed these careers and in them she made many lasting friendships along the way. Susan enjoyed helping others and never expected anything in return.

Susan was a loving Mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, godmother and friend.

Family

Left to celebrate her life are: children, Damian Peca, Nathan Navitsky (Gwen) & Helen Steward (Brian); siblings, James (Sonia), Scotty (Rick), Holly, Jeffery (Cristi), Becky (David), Virginia, Mary (Paul) & Tara (Shawn); grandchildren, Tommy, Kelly, Sierra, Ally & Wyatt; and many loving nieces and nephews. She was a cherished daughter of the late Edith Dunsavage & John Chamberlain.

Farewell Tribute

Funeral was held privately at the request of the family.
