It is with sadness that I just read Dennis's obituary on a search for him. I knew Dennis in the early 1970s when he organized the Lindenwold Tenants Association in which my wife Eileen and I became active members. While he was President of the association, I became his vice president, serving until I resigned to go to law school in Washington, D.C. Dennis was a dynamic, optimistic, joyful person as depicted here by his photo. I am not surprised to read of his career, accomplishments, and relationships with family and friends. I had hoped to find and talk to him to reminisce. Too late. My great loss. Best wishes to Dennis's family. He was a great guy. Tom Dawson

Dear Riley and Schultes Families, Larry and I and the Nelson Family send our sincere condolences to you all for your great loss. We are truly saddened to read of Dennis’ passing. From what I know of Dennis, he lived a life of service to improve the lives of others. After his stroke, he showed so much strength and courage as he endured each hurdle that came his way ….,.and there were many. I was impressed with how he accepted his situation, yet fought to regain his vitality for life. Most importantly Dennis will be remembered for his love and devotion to his family, who he staunchly supported unconditionally and most certainly his Irish heritage. I believe and pray that Our Lord has welcomed Dennis with the words, “Well Done Good and Faithful Servant”! God Bless You All!! Enjoy All of Your Fondest Memories!

What can we say? We are devastated to read this. Dennis touched our lives in so many ways! Whether it was as a friend, or our lawyer, or just a golfing buddy. He was was one of the smartest men we ever met! He made us laugh through so many of his adventures! ( like the one in Bermuda or Pebble Beach)) We were so fortunate to make many friends through our friendship. We will never forget him or how he helped us through the years. You were one of the good guys! We will miss you immensely! Thanks for the memories!
