Obituary of Anthony Venuto
Anthony Venuto, of Sewell, New Jersey, passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2023. He was 85.
Legacy
Anthony was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA and eventually moved to South Jersey, and called it home. He was a graduate of South Philadelphia High School, class of 1956. He proudly served our country and is a Veteran of the United States Navy. He was a Lithographer by trade and worked at Braceland Brothers in Philadelphia, PA. He was a supervisor and retired after many years of service.
In Tony's early years, he was an avid bowler. He loved to dance, play pinochle, spend time at the beach, and hit the A.C. Casinos. He was a true family man who enjoyed spending time with his loved ones. He loved going to all of his grandchildren's activities and events and was the best "DeDad" ever!

Loving husband to Virginia (Rickards) Venuto; beloved father to Donna Venuto (Armand DeBlasis) and Diana Venuto-Gabriella (Michael Gabriella); cherished grandfather "DeDad" to Edward Waddell (Lauren), Gina Venuto-Gabriella and Antonia Venuto-Gabriella and great grandfather to Isla Waddell & Maeve Waddell; dear brother to Joseph Venuto (Concetta). Son of the late Antoinette (Berenato) & Joseph Venuto. Survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Farewell Tribute
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Anthony's visitation on Saturday, July 15, 2023, from 8 am to 9:45 am at the McGuinness Funeral Home, 573 Egg Harbor Road, Sewell, NJ 08080. Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 AM at Saints Peter & Paul R.C. Church, 362 Ganttown Road, Turnersville, NJ 08012. Interment will take place at the Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown, NJ.
