I met Sgt Warfield in 2004 as a rookie Correctional Officer at Gloucester County Jail. From that time on I came to know and love this gentle soul.. We had many conversations that helped me to get through some tough times and the encouragement changed my life. I miss this soldier .RIP Kenny Warfield I ll always remember you !!

In the early 1960’s as a 6-7 year old whenever I needed a friend I would end up at 49 Crescent Avenue. There the Warfield’s would take me in, especially Bob, Ken and my second Mom, Mrs Warfield. I always remember Ken as the soft spoken big brother to Bob. He always gave me a pat on the head and said everything will be okay. Ken rest in the peace of the Lord. Brother Dave and Freddie are with you. Prayers. Ken Mcilvaine
