Obituary of Daniel William Koczur

Daniel William Koczur, of Sicklerville, New Jersey, passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at 72. Dan is survived by his wife of 47 years, Patricia “Patty” (McCourt) Koczur; his children Kristy DeAngelis (Chris), Daniel T. Koczur, Liza Koczur (Jim); his siblings Gerald “Jerry” Koczur (Sara), Phyllis Kressley (Steve), Kenneth Koczur (Lora), Eva Ricciardelli (Anthony), God-Son Marcus Koczur & number of amazing Nieces, Nephews & Friends.

Dan was a true family man and love nothing more than hanging out with wife & kids on the weekend; going to the casino with his brothers & sisters; watching a Phillies game from the comfort of his living room recliner or hanging out with his best friend Lee Lee (the pit bull) playing with tennis balls in the backyard. Dan was a hard worker, who worked for Acme Markets at stores all over South Jersey for more than 50 years. In addition, Dan was a supporter of local sports as a tee-ball/baseball & softball coach for over 20 years and a few years as an umpire as well.
