Obituary of Shannon Phillips

Shannon Phillips, of Sewell, New Jersey, passed away on Sunday, September 24, 2023.  She was 43.  
 
Legacy
Shannon leaves us after a courageous battle with cancer that lasted over 10 years.  She fought so hard and was healthy until recently.  She leaves us all, with knowing how strong she was and how much support she was given, and how her legacy will truly live on.  

Shannon loved her family, and supporting her children.  She was at every sporting event she could attend. She was a fierce 76ers and Phillies fan, to say the least.  She loved taking the kids to games with season tickets over the years.  These were special moments for her and her children. 
 
Family
Beloved daughter of Henry & Kim Olinsky (Fitzgerald) and is the beloved Wife of DM Phillips; devoted mother of Tyler, Devin and Nicholas Phillips; best sister of Scott  Olinsky (Cherelle) and Steven Olinsky;  dear daughter-in-law of Dr. David Phillips & Linda Phillips; sister-in-law of Tim Phillips (Sarah) & Christi Rovner (Aaron). Niece of Kenneth Olinsky, Cynthia Chamberlain, Christopher Fitzgerald, Wendy Carty and the late Edward Rhubart Jr. and Cathy Tash  Loving Aunt of Hayden Phillips, Alyssa Phillips, Brandon Rovner, Jordan Rovner & Payton Olinsky.
 
Farewell Tribute

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Visitation at the McGuinness Funeral Home - Washington Township, 573 Egg Harbor Road on Sunday, October 1, 2023, from 2 PM to 4 PM  and again on Monday, October 2, 2023 from 9:15 AM to 10:45 AM.  Funeral Mass will begin at 11:30 AM  at Ss. Peter & Paul R.C. Church, 362 Ganttown Road, Turnersville, NJ.  Interment to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Washington Township, NJ.
