Helloooooooooo, Carnuccio and Grasso Families Plus Everyone Who Has Been Truly Blessed to Know Franko!
"You - you will have the stars as no one else has them... in one of the stars I shall be living. In one of the stars I shall be laughing. And so it will be as if all the stars are laughing when you look at the stars at night. You, only you, will have stars that can laugh.
And when your sorrow is comforted (time soothes all sorrows) you will be content that you have known me. You will always be my friend...I shall never leave you." - Antoine de Saint-Exupery, The Little Prince
And, Franko! In closing, I would like to say one more time and just for fun....Peggy Peters...15 yrs old... Maria Goretti
Hiiiiiiiiigh! Those were the days, eh?

To family, loved ones and those dearest to Frank, I am so sorry for your loss. When I heard about the passing of Frank, my heart sunk. To me I’ll always remember him as Mr. Carnuccio, my favorite teacher. Even though I’m 29 years old now, my thoughts and memories of my 6th grade class with Mr. Carnuccio seem so vivid. His loving and selfless spirit has still effected me to this day. He will always be remembered as the most kind, giving, loving and high-spirited person I have ever met. We briefly chatted through the previous years, but I can’t help but wish to have had one more chance to talk with him; to thank him one more time and to say goodbye. He always told me when he thought of me it would bring a smile to his face. But it was him who always had a knack for bringing smiles to tons of faces. To Frank (Mr. Carnuccio): Thank you for your wisdom and generosity that you shared with me. You had a profound effect on my life and I will always remember you. As my daughter grows up and tells me about her favorite teacher, your name will surely be mentioned. Along with the many great stories of being in your class. God bless the Carnuccio family!

Mr. C was such an inspiration during my junior high years while attending Chestnut Ridge Middle School. (2000-2003) He had a brilliantly light and personable demeanor and was always there to listen and provide wonderful school/life advice.
My sincerest condolences to all of Mr. C's family and friends; and to anyone who was touched by this truly remarkable man!

Frank was a colleague and friend for many years. For several of those years we co-taught 6th grade social studies. In that time I never heard him utter a negative word about anyone. When he was dealing with health issues he never complained. He loved our students, and they adored him because he never judged, just listened. He talked to them about the importance of kindness and caring. And he laughed at their jokes. I feel fortunate to have known and worked with Frank. I have no doubt he left this world a better place. To Sandy and Frank's family, I am so sorry for your loss.

I first met Frank at CRMS when I started there as a tech. He was the nicest man, made me feel very welcomed...hated it when I called him Mr. Carnuccio....but I was young at the time....he said..."would you call me Frank? You make me feel old." Took awhile and I still slipped up on occasion but I usually got it right. I would often go into his classroom and steal peppermints he used to keep in his desk. We shared a lot of laughs and a lot of good memories...he was a kind, gentle soul and he will be missed.

I knew Frank and wife Sandy for many years. Needless to say, Frank was a wonderful, gentle and warm man who would light up a room and a heart with his smile. Like the man himself, Frank's smile was genuine and big. While our paths have not crossed recently, I consider myself blessed to have known him. Rest in peace, dear man.
