Michael did some work for me a few weeks back, what a terrific young man, always polite, professional and as Mark said, funny.
I got to know Mike very well since he spent a lot of days and weeks with an issue that he just would not give up on resolving and making us happy with the a/c we had just purchased.
He really became a friend, we chatted frequently and although I did not know him very long, I ache knowing I will never have the pleasure of his company :(
My sincerest condolences to the family.
Mike, you WILL BE MISSED.

Michael is a great person, great friend, and a great employee. I met Michael 22 years ago when I became his family’s neighbor. Michael was 9 years old at the time. He’s still a kid. It’s just not fair. All I can think about is how much Michael and I did together when we moved in. I went to Home Depot, he went with me; I went to the bank, he went with me; I went to Pathmark, he went with me. He made me go buy rollerblades so we could play roller hockey.
He worked through my depression when anyone else would have told me to go scratch. He was a funny kid sometimes, He was a pain in the ass sometimes, but that’s what made Michael Michael. I love my little buddy.
I took for granted just how much Michael did for me. I don’t know what we’re gonna do moving forward. I will need 2 or 3 people to take the place of what he did. No one will ever replace Michael. I trained Michael and he also learned on his own. I actually found myself calling Michael sometimes asking him to explain what to do with a problem. I already miss him so much.
My heart goes out to his mom, dad, and sisters. I can not imagine the pain they are in.
