Obituary of Mary C. Connelly

CONNELLY?Mary C. of National Park on May 25, 2006 from complications of breast cancer. She was 54 years of age. Mary was deeply loved by her immediate family, extended family and numerous friends. She worked as a social worker for over 25 years with the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities. Mary was a champion of women?s rights and was a founding member of the South Jersey Chapter of N.O.W. She was a proud member of Mensa International. Mary usually could be found with a good book in her hand or doing a challenging crossword puzzle. She will be remembered as a generous person who loved her family. She is the beloved daughter of Lillian E. nee Wright and the late Thomas J. Connelly, Sr., loving sister of Lillian E., Patricia A., Thomas J. Michelle, John W. Donna, Robert R. and Anna Marie Connelly, dear aunt of Lynda, Joshua, John, Jr., Kathleen, Fiona & Matt. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Tues. 6:30-9 PM at the McGuinness Funeral Home, 573 Egg Harbor Rd., WASHINGTON TWP. Funeral Mass Wed. 10 AM in St. Matthew RC Church, National Park. Interment Woodbury Memorial Park, West Deptford. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the: Susan G.
