I first met Whit in 1972 when he was a police officer in Woodbury. I was a Navy Recuriter in Woodbury and also a Boiler Technician. We just clicked. I use to buy him his shiny shoes from the Navy Exchange. After I retired from the Navy I went to work for NAVSSES and we took up our friendship again. I will truly miss Whit, know your pain and wish you my very best in your time of grief. Goodby Dude!!

Dear Whit:
Thank you so very for much taking the time to attend my Sweet Sixteen birthday party at my Pop Pop's office in November 2005. It meant so very much to me!

Whit was great man who will be missed by everyone that had the pleasure of meeting him. He never had a bad thing to say about anyone. I was always amazed at all the wonderful things he had precious time for. As a co-worker and as a brother, he will be sadly missed.

I worked with Whit at NSWCCD-SSES for many of his early years as a boiler operator in the Industrial Support Department. We work the IMPM program together on the 1200-2400 shift. Whit was a good man with a heart of gold, he would do anything to help out a friend. He will be missed buy all that knew him.
