Peg & family, I enjoyed the company of Lou for many years and miles on the boardwalk of Ocean City, NJ. His positive and optimistic energy was always uplifting to myself and others. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Sheila Ginn

In 2001, we moved to Ocean City, NJ. Our neighbors were Lou and Peg and they were among the first people to welcome us. During the fifteen years we lived near Lou and Peg, they were always close and we knew there was help right down the street should we need it. We would meet Lou on the boardwalk or gym, enjoying life in the sun at the beach. Lost track of the number
of times Lou explained how to get the haircut Austin needed. It was easier to have him do the cutting. Lou was always willing to help with neighborhood projects, even when it meant trying to sell junk at a yard sale. He was so proud of his family. It was fun to hear how they all were progressing. Whenever we want to think of him, we look at one of his beautiful paintings hung in our dining room. It always fills us with peace as we hope he is now. While Lou’s passing is our loss, it certainly is Heaven’s gain. We will miss you, Rest easy
Good Friend. Fondly, Austin and Linda Short

Peggy & Family,
Our sincere condolences to you and the family on the death of Lou. We know how much both of you shared a wonderful marriage and a life with many fond memories. May it help in some way to know others are thinking of you and remembering as always in our prayers.

Mr. Castagna was a wonderful man. Fun to talk to and always a true gentleman. His legacy will survive through a wonderful family he and his wife raised. World is better for having had Mr. Cadtsgna.
