I was looking through some old MMA alumni papers and found Nick’s address. Looked him up on the internet only to find out sadly that he had passed. Nick was my roommate at MMA for the whole 4 years at the Academy. Nick and his whole family brought so much to my life and time for our years as roommates, friends,and at times confidants. I only saw him twice after graduation but thought of him many times I’m sorry that I just found out of his passing. R.I.P. my friend. Steven and Daphne LeMay

My first impression of Nick still brings me a smile. Debi brought him home to meet her parents and we all went out for ice cream. Nick offered to place the order and pretended to be an impatient waitress while asking everyone what they wanted. He mimicked writing it down with an air-pen and air-check in his palm. He stood outside the car with the windows rolled down and leaned over to take everyone's order. When he got to his future mother-in-law, Ginny, she paused for a minute to think about what she wanted to order. Nick barked at her, "What's it gonna be lady?" using his thick Boston accent. We all burst into laughter! At that moment, I realized he was going to be a permanent part of our family.

Dear Deb and family I can’t even find the words to express how much all of the nurses in the Infusion center loved Nick. He was like a ray of light, always checking in on all of his girls with that contagious smile and sparkling blue eyes. I loved taking care of him and spending time really getting to know about his life, and the genuine interest he had in my life. I will miss him so much and will always carry his memory in my heart.
