Dear Vaughan Family, I am sorry for your loss. Charles loved cats, especially kittens, he loved feeding homeless animals. He was a man of nature. I knew Charles since 1997. I can remember every Saturday he had a routine of Colonial Diner and headed to the Battleship of NJ to give a tour to one person or 10 people. He loved working for Mobil Refinery. He loved working for Valero. He was a hard worker and a team player. They missed him at the job. He shared his experiences with me about the military. He was motivated in many areas of his life to help others. We spent many holidays together and he shared memories about his Mom, Dad, and brother David. He also shared his love for my Son Frank. He was a good role model and he will be missed. I always hoped he would come to church with me but he said no. I hope the Lord is taking care of him now and he is not suffering anymore. There are many memories in my heart with Charles good and bad but he will and is missed!!!!!!!!!!!!!,, love in Jesus Name, and my condolences. Respectfully Submitted, From Crystal Hill
