My heart broke when I heard of Sandy's passing. I have so many memories of her. Many good times and laughs with her. Bingo Florida cruises. She was so much fun to be with unfortunately things happened and I lost contact with her. I just saw today funeral was today or would have been there. All my love to you and your family.

Pete, Stacey, Chris & Peter. My heartfelt sympathy to all of you!
We shared many a happy memory on Brooklawn Ave. Living right across the street from the Pomilio’s brought many a smile & laughter to all of us.
My favorite memory was our Wednesday afternoon meatball testing. We would get a piece of bread & dunk it in her gravy, with a meatball on the side! Sandy always knew to make extra meatballs!
Sandy & I had many a conversation while we swept our curb! When she moved to West Deptford I missed seeing her all the time.
I hope you know how much she was loved by many. I pray your memories get you through this difficult time!
Fondly,
Ginger Bortz

Dear Pete, Stacey, Chris, Peter & Families,
I was so shocked and saddened to learn of Sandy's sudden passing. I know you are all heartbroken as are many others.
I was so fortunate to live across the street from Sandy when our children were very young; we became instant friends the day she moved in. We were both stay at home moms so we saw each other just about daily, with the laughter being non-stop! Sandy was a loyal friend with a heart of gold.
So many memories of our good times raising our kids in the wonderful little community of Woodbury Hts. I will always remember our PTA days, working on the Mayfair, our block parties, taking our kids to Cape May, the Wenonah Pool days, trick or treating, just to name a few. Oh yes, she taught me how to make homemade raviolis and the best meatballs in the world, which I never quite mastered!
Unfortunately, as the years passed, we didn't get to see each other often, but when we did, it was just like old times as we reminisced. Our last time together was a few years ago when Bob and I had dinner with Pete and Sandy at the Crow's Nest in Venice. Bob and Pete were very patient with us as Sandy and I went right back to acting silly.
To know Sandy was to love her (She had many, many friends!), and I will always cherish the special friendship we shared.
Rest In Peace, dear Sandy and please give my son, Michael a big hug from his mama.
I wish you all peace in your heart as you grieve your loss of Sandy.
