I miss you friend. We shared laughs every day and many happy and some challenging times together. You were a wonderful person on this earth and I know all the angels in heaven welcomed you with horns blaring. Your light will shine in my heart always. Rest In Peace, Barbara until we meet again.

Barb was one amazing soul. She was one of the most caring people on this planet, especially for animals. She and I enjoyed a great friendship, almost as if we knew each other in past lives. We shared a love for music, the arts, and ancient history...most important, Egypt. We would travel to museums and exhibits together, and marvel at the wonder that other human beings have made, thousands of years ago...it gave us hope for the future, hope that we would once again know that level of art and skill. We shared hundreds of stories, and had a connection that only each other understood. Though separated by decades in age, she was one of my very best friends that understood me and liked me for who I was.
I will miss her deeply, and the time we spent together will always be in my heart.
Until the time when we get together either in heaven or another life....Rest in Piece Barb. Love you. May you walk with the Angels, and all those mighty Pharaohs and rulers we always dreamed and talked about.

It was a sincere pleasure knowing and working with you Barbara. We both had our love for our furry friends.
I know how much you loved your kittys.
You had such an impact on people’s lives that I don’t think you knew. Your smile and witty charm & your laugh was contagious to all. I remember how you color coded all of your files in work. Purple being your favorite! I will miss sending kitty pictures to you that
made you laugh. Heaven has gained another Angel and that Angel is you Barb.

We’ll always remember Barbara by her quick wit, upbeat personality and large laugh. Here are some photos of Barbara and her friends and classmates.
I hope we’ll all be able to get together soon to celebrate her life.

Lots of memories. From 1978 to current. From English Greenhouses to Ultra Hardware to retirement, with just a few years without seeing her every working day. Someone I could always count on to be at work with her stylish clothes, and do what needed doing, and do it accurately and super neatly, with a smile and sometimes a friendly growl. Her Excel worksheets were always beautiful, and when you told her not to waste time with the pretty stuff, you knew she would still make them the neatest and the most beautiful. Her files, oh her files. Don't mess with them, and you better have left them the way you found them, all color coded with typed tabs, and in perfect order. Near the end of the year there was always this huge order of office supplies that were needed for the next year and ready for use when January came, all labeled and in Alpha order. No problem finding the invoice you needed in those files.
Will also always remember the wrapping of her holiday/birthday gifts. No way anyone could anyone do a neater, more beautiful wrapping job than Barb. The boxes, the ribbons, the paper and the paper folds were all perfect.
All of us who knew her wished we could give her an ideal family life, but we couldn't do that, and therefore she made the best of it, keeping busy with her music, and plays and her close friends. And those cats. She loved those cats and always had more than any one person should have. But what do I know. If there is a better place than here on earth, she deserves to be there and be happy. Rest in peace Barb.
