Today I went looking for my dear friend and found her obituary, as I had feared. We met on a seaglass lovers website many years ago and have kept in close contact ever since through mail, by phone, FaceTime and email, and she has been a constant source of inspiration to me and her friendship has been a precious part of my life. Her darling Cameron was always the light of her life and I hope he will always carry that knowledge with him and treasure it. There was never a boy more loved and he made her darkest days brighter. My deepest sympathies to Donna’s dear Mom, and to Rhiannon, and to everyone who loved her and will be missing her so very much right now. She gave so much of herself to everyone. I loved you so much, my dear sweet friend, and my heart will miss you always.

My prayers & condolences to all Donna's family & friends. Donna was a beautiful soul! A truly kind person! I knew Donna from school & graduated SPHS in 72 with her. As life happens we lost touch over the years but Facebook brought us back together. One of my fondest memories with Donna was a sleepover at her house, I believe it was her Halloween Birthday party. I had the best time & never forgot it. I remember her Mom being so sweet too. We all saw what a fighter Donna was & all she went through. Heaven has gained a Beautiful Angel our friend Donna!

Dear Rhiannon, Cameron and family. Donna and I went to high school together, South Philly High, 1972! I will remember her big smile and her kindness. Of course, like many, after graduation, we lost touch. Facebook brought us together again. She knew I was in touch with some of the kids we grew up with.
