My sister and I are so sad to hear of Mr. Rovin's passing. We remember when we were kids and we would see him weekly for the CIGNA bowling league - my dad (Vince Witkowski) would bring us and we would run around and play while Dad and everyone would bowl, and then go out to eat at the bar afterwards. Sometimes everyone came to our house for a fun night of poker.
Both Mr. Rovin and his sweet wife came to our Dad's funeral in April of this year. We were so looking forward to exhanging Christmas cards in a few months. We remember Mr. Rovin as a kind, warm-hearted and caring person.
Please accept our condolences and love to all of Mr. Rovin's family and loved ones.

Stu was a Man with a great sense of humor and was a good listener when U needed good advice. When U were in his company, Stu went out of his way to include You in whatever was taking place. My heart felt condolences to Kathy and His Family and I will always remember Stu in my prayers.

Stu was my go-to tax expert at Socastee Library for quite a few years after he smooth-talked me in to taking over the local coordinator position there. He could take the stress out of any situation that came up when we were working on taxes. He always had a smile, especially if someone brought in chocolate chip cookies or brownies. He will be missed.

I was lucky enough to have been Stu's shadow with AARP Taxaide. He was always there for us, helping, advising and suggesting ways to accomplish our goals. He was our go-to person with questions and problems. Taxpayers trusted him and would constantly request that Stu review their return because they knew he would always have their best interests in all that he did.
He will be missed by all in our District and State.
