I was in complete shock when I heard the news . My heart is torn to pieces for the family. Rose was more than a dear friend to me. She was my inspiration. She was my rock. She was my Tri wife! She believed in me. She brought me out of my comfort zone. I will forever miss the many training sessions we did. Some normal, some completely crazy!
Rose had the kindest heart. She had the most beautiful smile. So bright it would light up a room. She was completely dedicated to her family. I will never understand why Rose was chosen from above? Life seems so unfair. Especially when one had some much more to offer. Rest easy my beautiful, kind friend. You will forever be in my heart. And make sure you have your pink cowboy hat on. You always did stand out in a crowd. So many memories I will cherish. Deepest condolences to the entire family. Thank you for being there for me. I will forever love you, I miss you terribly.

Where do I start? Rose was the first IC that showed me the ropes when I started at Teradata. We shared SO MANY sales kick offs, account planning sessions and hard work to get our industries to where they were when we left TD. Rose was also a very close friend and confidant. We mourned and rejoiced together. I was a runner for many years and before Rose got back into her crazy training and competition regimen. It made me so happy to see her find her bliss! I hosted a girl's weekend at my home in Raleigh when we knew Karmon was sick. When she passed we cried together and laughed together at all the many good times we had together. Now, I simply cannot believe that Rose is gone. Yes, I cried, but I will also smile and have very fond memories of all our times spent together. I will never forget my dear, dear friend! May God bless you all and comfort you in the weeks, months and years ahead.

Rose Marie was a lovely, caring woman dedicated to her husband Ed, her children and her grandchildren. She was an inspiration to many with her determination and accomplishments in both her career and her athletic feats. Rose began marathon running and biking then learned to swim and accomplished amazing competitions at an age when most people would never have tried. Sending love and condolences to Ed and the family from her Aunt Nancy and Uncle Gary Wade. Our hearts are broken.

To Rose's family, my deepest condolences and prayers to you and your family. My heart is with you and praying for comfort in your hearts.
Rose, I'm going to miss you so much. I am so thankful to have known you, to have worked with you and having you as my friend. I appreciated our "venting sessions", when I would text you to ask if you could talk for "just 3 minutes" and end up talking for at least an hr. As busy as you were, you always made time to talk. You always encouraged and believed in me. You gave that tough love - to suck it up and put my big girl panties on lol. Whenever I was sad, you always found a way to make me laugh by the end of our conversation. You also told me to figure out what my passion was, find a hobby that I would enjoy doing, to feel happy so that I'm in positive spirts. You shared with me on what was yours <3 When you would tell me that you're spending time with your grandchildren, and shared pictures of them, it made me happy that you were happy, because I knew they brought you a lot of joy. You were an amazing person. I admired you for your strength, your passion, independence and will absolutely miss your sense of humor. Rose, you will forever and ever have a special place in my heart. I know that God will take very good care of you. I will truly miss you. Love you.

I was blessed to have worked with Rose on the Veteran Affairs electronic health record project. She was always so positive no matter how difficult and frustrating the project got. She always had time to talk to anyone who needed her even after she had already put in a full day. She and I had some laughs during some of those late in the day calls. She was an incredible person. I missed talking to her every day when she moved on from the project. Now my heart is broken knowing that she is no longer with us. To the family of Rose, my heat felt condolences.

From running marathons in the 90's (Disney, Rhode Island, Shamrock Sportfest....), to completing triathlons and Ironmans in the 2010's and on..(you talked me into my first race!!)
I'm going to miss talking to you, hanging out, and racing with you. You were always so supportive . An inspiration to all of us.....
