Paul was always an asset at every investigation. Whether it was side-by-side working the private sector or when I was the Fire Marshal of Philly, he was always welcome in our office and on incident investigations. The Philly FM's valued Paul's opinion and learned from his methods. His leadership with the NJIAAI convinced us to take advantage of the excellent training events that Paul organized. Our sincerest sympathies to Terry and family.

I have know Paul since I was a little child when Paul was working in Pitman. I can never forget the look on Joan's face when she came downstairs and I was laying on the floor playing with Duke! I then had the privilege to work alongside Paul as he worked for Glassboro and myself Pitman. I had many talks with Paul and Terry in their house. He will be sorely missed!! RIP PJ

Paul was my friend and partner for many years even though we worked at different police departments. We shared many stories and laughs together. He was a true professional and I was blessed to have him as a friend and a mentor. Although I haven’t seen Paul for several years I still felt close to him and now feel emptiness with his passing. His life was a life well lived. RIP “Too Tall Paul”. You will be missed my friend. Steve Brogan

Paul was a great friend and colleague on the Board of Directors of the NJIAAI. I spent many hours talking shop and having a cold one with him at our training seminars. He was a consummate investigator, gentleman and above all, a loyal and trusted friend. Rest easy buddy, you have left a legacy that is second to none.

Paul was my friend and mentor for nearly 30 years. He taught me so many lessons about the law enforcement profession and also about life. Paul was genuine, the real deal. I valued our semi-annual lunches at the diner. He always gave such sage advice. Paul, my friend, you’ve only recently left us and you are missed tremendously. Rest easy Brother.

Paul was great friend for over 23 years, he worked tirelessly for the members of the NJIAAI first as a director then Vice President and finally at the chapter president for fours. Even after leaving at president he kept actively supporting the chapter, by overseeing the AGM and returning at a director.
