I just found out about Dorothy’s passing, and I just wanted to say that my daughter and I would speak of her in the fondest way as we just instantly liked her SO much when we met her. She was selling her home and we just felt so bad that she had to leave as it was just too much house to take care of. She was just the sweetest lady. I knew she would be happy and okay in her new home as she had family, some of whom we met. I heard about her late husband and always felt a sadness for him as he passed while living in this house. There is a picture window that I was told he had put in the family room to look outside. It’s his window and for that reason I think of him often. I love how this house has no negative feelings at all. They left such a positive imprint in this home that will make it hard for me to ever leave myself. I work hard to take care of the home with the Staggs never far from my mind as I know this was their home first. They loved and lived here before me. And now they have a new home, together once again.
